Sociology and game theory.

The use of game theory is expanding from nuclear strategies to the social sciences. And one of the users of this interesting theory is are companies. The company owners want to know. What is the point when personal benefit overruns the collective benefit? There is the possibility that some person gets a job from another company. But that thing causes the fall of the present workplace. 

The collective benefit must go ahead. The benefit of the company is the benefit of its workers. Or that is the normal way to think. But the company owners are people whose benefit is that the workgroup is optimal. When we think. About the number of workers. There are always people who are not "doing anything". The reason for that is that if the worker will not make things right. That person can kick off the company. If the workforce is minimal. There is no way to divorce workers. But if there is some kind reserve of workers. That means the divorcing worker is easier. 

But then we must realize that the worker would not have the same benefit as the company owner. The owner might want to make money. And the only reason why the employee is at the company is the product. The production requires workers. And that is the reason, why the workers are only the loss of money in the company. 

So why do we have unemployment? The companies benefit is always that there are lots of unemployed workers. That makes their ability to select workers from a large number of applicants. That large number of unemployed people makes it possible to put salaries down and the companies can say that there are thousands of applicants. 

A large number of unemployed people are not the benefit of society or the state. The state must pay the minimum payment for unemployed people that they can pay for their food and clothes. If that payment is too low. That causes increasing criminal behavior. 

The prisoner would cause other kinds of costs to society. That person requires surveillance officials. And prison guards. Those people require their payments. And that thing costs money. When we are saving money from someplace. That raises the costs of some other place. Nothing is free. 

All people want money. And there are multiple points for the money of the state. And even the largest and richest countries have limited resources. The resources that are given to someplace are away from some other place. The problem with modern politics is that people who are operating in the political field are members of some party. 

That means they are listening first to their people. And after that, they listen to others. The fact is that the benefit of the person and that person's support group can sometimes be different. This is one thing that we must realize. When we are thinking about illegal refugees from Mexico. 

Those people come to the USA swimming over the Rio Grande. We know how poor those people are. We might ask why some people want to kick them off. If we are looking at the maps where is shown the people who are against those refugees we can notice that those people are living near the border. When people who live near borders say. They are afraid, because of those refugees. 

They have the right to do that. There are always some people who are carrying drugs. And some of those people are dangerous. We are not living at the border of Mexico. And for us, that might seem ridiculous. But for people who are facing those cases that is not the same. The thing is that people who are living thousands of kilometers away from some area might have a different way to see things. 

People are reading news differently. The people who are close to the cases are seeing only negative things. The risk and the fear are the dominating effects in the news that they read. And of course, there are always people who forget to ask. "Why does somebody want to swim across the Rio Grande"? 

Why didn't those people use legal ways to cross the border? The name of the game is that every people have a different way to highlight the parts of those stories. The people who resist firearms might say. That there is only a couple of people who are carrying drugs. But the free firearms supporter might say that "those couple of guys might come to visit you". 

So who is right. Which of those people has better arguments? The answer that we will give might depend on things like do we own guns? That thing is quite expensive. And of course, we must remember that we must justify that thing to ourselves. 

When the audience is asked for callup surveys. There is always some category of how those people are selected. The game theory is the thing that determines the people who are giving answers that benefit the maker of the survey. 

If the maker of the research is the NRA (National Rifle Association) the reason for selecting people for the survey might be people who just bought firearms. Those people might want to justify buying for themselves and their friends. So those people would probably answer that they are made the right choice. The argument for buying a handgun is the will to look for protection from firearms. 

Thoughts about plagiarism and isolated societies

This writing tells about plagiarism and also how people behavior changes in isolated societies and behavior sometimes uncover, that somebody have been in jail. Plagiarism is a crime, you see. There are many people in the world, who are caught of plagiarism. The main reason for the making a new search and detection in the work is that the speech of the suspected person is full of paraphrases or phrases, what seems very known for some professors, and the reason, why those things are dangerous, is that in many universities is very strong culture.

And in those cultures are forming unique phrases or paraphrases, what is always repeating in those societies. And the thing, what makes us repeat some words is that those words are involving something positive for the speakers. Have you ever heard the speech of the person, who has used crack in the pipe? The speech would go well until this person faces the world "pipe". After that begins the reaction, what is very usual for drug addicts.

They are starting to repeat simultaneously the word "pipe". This same phenomenon is visible in other cases, like where the drug has been mixed to tea. This thing makes drug addict repeating word "tea". But there is something else in those persons, what causes the check for plagiarism. One thing is that professors notices, that those words are straight from own publications. Or the person seems to be unable to concentrate the work. This causes suspicious, that some works have been plagued from some other persons work.

In the closed societies is strict behavior code. And that means that some phrases, like some guard, can talk about those questions would mean something more in isolated groups. That could mean, that the person has caused problems and those problems would cause the punishments. This kind of things can uncover many secrets of that kind of person. If somebody is in jail very popular by guards, that would mean that this person is very brave.

Those people sometimes dare to yell anything, what they want, because isolated environment makes possible to get immediate protection by guards. And this kind of thing might cause hate against that kind of persons, who feel that prison has been a great experience. That kind of people can thank the guards of the prison before they go to the execution room. Here I'm talking about some cases, what is handled in public media. Sometimes they believe, that they would get mercy because they are so handsome for the guards who are watching them in death row. But this similar thing is happening sometimes in another kind of prisons, and that thing is making those people quite stressing relationships in freedom.

The thing, what probably makes national identity

Every nation has their way to behave, and we know the most of those sometimes iconic ways to react in the social situation. And sometimes we might think, "why some Italian, Finnish or Irish behave like that?". We see the "national way of behavior" in the traffic lights every day, and we might sometimes think, why some nation behaves a little bit different way that we behave, and what is the origin of that behave, where person scream and yell together in the traffic light.

But when we are thinking about the origin of those things the reason for that might be the thing, what is called "social enriching". The reason for social enriching is, of course, similar to genetic enriching and it's similar to the thing, what is similar in normal working life. We, humans, are individuals, who want to be with similar persons as we are, and this is the reason why ancient people made groups and tribes, and in fact, the nations and states are supertribes.

Nationalism is one way to behave in the groups, and there are many traditions in the nation for making people like together. Our parties and traditions are part of our national identity. National identity has roots in the tribes and village communities. Thinking about our natural personality, and the need to be with similar persons as we are in the same times good and bad thing. Good is that if we like to be together everything is easy, but if we are thinking this thing in the point of view of the working life, we might need to think opposite way than our nature says.

The nationalism is not always a problem, but the militarization is, and the last thing is almost every time connected with nationalistic thoughts. And in the eyes of many people, the most visible thing in nationalism are the lines of the tanks and military persons. The censorship and another kind of political way to make the work of the opposition difficult is always connected with nationalism.

And that might be a very bad mistake because everybody needs sometimes advisors. Sometimes we are all making mistakes and this is the reason, why the governments and high-councils of the big firms are manned with professionals, who have very big salaries because the decisions need very strong professionals and knowledge for supporting them. They need professionals, who know the law and of course, the technology is very important to handle, if there is a technical product for marketing. Or if the product is the service-oriented application, must those persons handle the technologies and other vital skills for making that service comfortable.

In real life, there is no perfect person exists, and that means there must find the people, who say something against us. We cannot be objective every time when we are making decisions. When people are thinking, that some decision is best, there might be found many errors. And this is why there is opposition in politics. Political leaders need to see also the opposite opinions, that they can see every part of some law. Those things are always very influential, and that's why there must always make good analyses when political leaders are making their decisions. This is, why politicians need opponents for talking about the legislation because if the law has many holes, there would be more problems than benefits about new orders, what gives rules for the all nation.

One little notification of the artists and mental illness

The life of the national writer of Finland was short and full of drama. The mental illness and death at the young age were the thing, what made him famous. This is the fact, what we must confess. If the death of that writer would be less dramatic, his book "Seitsemän Veljestä" would just be forgotten to the history. This is the thing, what we must remember when we are talking and thinking about this man. When we are thinking about the things, what this man made in the mental hospital, we should know, that those places are not the thing, what cheers to social behavior.


And in that time, the attitudes for the patients were something, what we cannot even imagine. The medicals were primitive, and there was only one way to relax patients if doctors hadn't got opium or chloroform. The thing was just tied patient in bed, and in fact, when there were no relaxing chemicals, the place was very dramatic and traumatic experience for many people, who visited in there. Of course, if the person would put in those institutes as the patients, would not be less traumatic. And even today the being in the mental hospital patient is not an easy thing for the persons, who will be patients.


The medical doctor, who investigated Aleksis Kivi wrote that this man was selfish onanist, who didn't want to co-operate with medical staff, was maybe meant, that his attitude about the patient, was that this man behaved the way what was not acceptable in the mental hospital. When we are thinking, that Kivi didn't talk with people, there must be some reason, and one of them was that this man was a little bit autistic or he had Tourette syndrome, what causes the fits when patient behaves very dramatic and frighten way. 


Sometimes there were thoughts that Kivi had the tumor in brains, and that caused the very bad mental problems, or he had syphilis what came from injection or unprotected sexual contacts.  Maybe he had problems with verbal communications, and that made him an outsider, the person, who was closed out from the community. But when we are thinking about the lifestyle of Kivi and the autism, that syndrome might cause the situation, that he tried to be social and started to drink alcohol, what he hoped to release his ability for social relations. And the thing, what happened was, that this man became an alcoholic. This kind of lifestyle is very dangerous even today. But when we are thinking about the attitude to the treatment, the reason why Kivi was so silent might caused by many things.


Maybe doctor asked all the time about masturbation, and Kivi felt that thing as the embarrassing. Everybody feels little embarrassing if somebody all the time asks about details of sexual behavior, and that is the thing, what makes people quite unsocial.  And sometimes those terms that are used in the report, used in the cases, where the patient just be too much alone. And the talking about hairy head, who lurked from the upper floor might be meant for the statement that person was mad in the eyes of the family. Who knows, what was behind that illness about Kivi, but the fact is that some artists are so-called "difficult personalities".


Their attitude is that other people don't understand their thoughts and way to see the world, what might be a little bit different than others. When we are thinking about the profession of an artist, we must say that the choice to become a professional writer or actor is not easy. Many times the family is against that decision, and maybe other members of the Stenvall family didn't actually tolerate that thing, where one family member just sat in the forest and wrote texts. But when we are thinking about the thing, what made Aleksis Kivi so well-known and influential is that he died in so dramatic and unclear conditions. If Kivi would die in his home at the age of 90, nobody even knows his name. He lived the short and dramatic life, what made him famous, and one thing is remarkable. He was like the comet, lived very bright but short life, what made him famous, and we still read his texts in the schools.

Always in the real world, we are facing the man or woman, who behaves by the way, what we other would not ever do. They yell at strangers and tell their opinions about other people clothes and other things in the loud voice, and sometimes we might ask, "how those people dare to do those things, what is absolute against public behavior code". Bad behavior is the result of growing policy, that somebody would be allowed to say and do anything, that person wants.


That person would always tell to other people, how much relationships they have, and how those relationships always believe them. When this person would come to the service desk,  the whole day will go wrong. And in those cases, when the person would tell, who he or she will know, we must say, that those people's relationships are always with them if they really know some central person of the community.


Don't they afraid that somebody starts to fight with them? When we are looking at those straight people, we are facing that they have very expensive jewels or they are very big. When we are thinking about those persons, we must understand that the big size and good economical position gives that kind of person's spine to make those decisions, what might hurt somebody. Most of the things, what we do to other people are learned in the young ages. And if there would somebody teach, that nothing matters with yelling to other persons, would that be visible in the adult ages.


If the person is the son of the leader of the company, what has the monopoly in the community's workplaces there are not many workers or henchmen, who would say against that man or woman. If that person has also big size,  that would give extra power for that person's self-esteem. If the person would grow in the place, where the parents have the ruling role in the community, that would make those persons worse, because there are not many people, who dare to say something to that person, because of they afraid kicks off their jobs. And that kind of persons would think, that they can do anything, what they want to other people.
