If you don’t know the entire system, you cannot protect it.

Cloud services can be more risky than anyone expected. When we use cloud services, data is stored in physical places. That data can be encrypted and stored across multiple physical servers or hard disks. In that kind of quantum security, data can be in small pieces. In  multiple servers. That thing makes it harder to collect data. Into one entirety. And the problem is in the systems. 

Which can collect those data pieces and deliver them to the user. The service providers have always had access to those systems. And in that case. If the attacker gets the service provider’s passwords. It's possible. That they can collect those data images into a new entirety without telling the data owners. When we talk about systems, we must remember. There are always humans who use those systems. 

A hacker must not be a qualified programmer. The only thing that the hacker must get. Are passwords. Another thing is that. If people who work on the opposite side of the world, in a service center. Will be cheated for making the backgates, that thing can open the system to the entire world. One of the things that can open the system is a simple phone call from a mobile telephone. That is forgotten on the table. If there are no passwords or biometric recognition, it’s possible. That a hacker simply makes one phone call. And orders passwords. and user ID:s.

Another thing in cloud services is the servers. Data can remain safe in the cloud. Another thing is that the data must be somewhere.  There must be physical hard disks in some data center. The data center is located in a physical country. And the security laws of that other country. It can be far different from the laws in the EU. There are many countries. Where authorities have 24/7 access to every server that runs in the country. In those countries. Security authorities can check data. That is stored in servers at any time, when they want. 

The data center can be in our homeland. The problem is with the access to and the data. That is stored in those data centers. Can be copied into the third country. The backup copy of that data can be set to transmit data to any server on this planet. And that is the problem with private corporations. The private corporation can act as a honey pot for intelligence services. And in worst cases, those corporations are controlled by North Korean intelligence. 

Those who work in a data service center can use a body camera to take images of the screen. And those images can be delivered. Straight away to satellites. The system can benefit mesh modems. These are installed in drones. In this case, the mobile telephone doesn’t even require a SIM card. The drone acts as a relay station to the satellites. 

In the dirty world of intelligence. The thing that the service provider doesn’t say means more. That information that consults are offering means something. But even more means things that are not mentioned. When we talk about intelligence services. Those organizations are government-controlled. This means that some governments have security panels. There are different authorities that share information with each other. The foreign intelligence search data of the opposition work outside those nations’ borders. They share data with security and other police organizations. And those police organizations share data with intelligence. 

There is a possibility. That intelligence blackmails some workers in data centers. There can be very bad things. That those people have done. They might use narcotics, and those things cause bad things like accidents. An intelligence service can simply request access to the systems. Another problem with private contractors is that. They do not have a similar possibility. To make background checks of employees. As officials have. This means those private corporations can leak data to any point on Earth.
