When people claimed, that there have been tests to use the psychic skills like telekinesis in the military operations, they mean the way to control people mind and even kill the person by using that kind of things. In real life is not evidence, that telepathy exists. There is known that some intelligence operators have trained to read body language, and see the markings of mental disorders like dementia and hate against the authorities.
The idea of that training would be that the operators notice persons, who don't like their superiorities and who is another way favorable targets for propaganda and recruitment. Those people are the most valuable targets for the recruiter of intelligence because they can give information about enemy plans and equipment. Also, psychic warriors are sometimes trained to irritate some special persons, and when those persons would start to attack because of the provocation, would that agent kill that person by using hand-to-hand combat.
If the high-rank officials would be turned against their state, that will cause the collapse of the enemy. Or in fact, the officer, who would become traitor must not be so high-rank, as we think. The thing, what might cause problems or leak in the shape of the leaking information, and of course the persons, who can be suitable targets for the recruiters. Also, there are claiming, that those psychic warriors have trained to slip in the enemy production units and start to troll and make another kind of propaganda and sabotage in that workgroup. There is claiming, that some or almost every one of those operators were trained to hand-to-hand combat and soft-kill methodology like the lobotomy. Those skills are very interesting.
