Artificial intelligence and analytics

First I must say that artificial intelligence doesn't make decisions and analyses. Those things must leave for people. The reason for that is, the artificial intelligence has connected the databases, what is given to it. They cannot create any new database or use any other media for collecting information, what the programmers would set in the program. That's why artificial intelligence has limits, and if the data must collect from the new source, must the programmer install parameters to access that media to the computer program.

Artificial intelligence is a very powerful tool for handling very large scale of information. But when we are trying to find the average person or case in the world, we must collect a massive number of data. When we are trying to profile a typical person, who is making bad work, for eliminating that person from work marketing, we must handle millions of cases, where the worker or employee is kicked off, because this person has been a disappointment.

We must carefully find the details of every single case about this kind of cases, where employers have been working against regular orders, safety instructions or otherwise caused the situation, that they must be removed from the workplace, or their working contract must be ended. And first thing is to find out, what was going on in the workplace, and what kind of applications was those persons left. This massive operation should consist the data, what uncovers, what kind of application sends persons, who have kicked off their jobs because they were drunk or behave the way, that they were caused harm for the employer.

 If we would get their applications and pictures, we could collect the data, what kind of clothes they use, and what type of applications those people send. And what kind of advertisement would the recruiting agents make about those persons? And the thing about clothes is that have they got some mark on the arm, or have they normally use some certain clothes like brown suits, and if the person, who is looking for the job as a building employee wears a suit, would that seem very interesting.

And of course, the former jobs and the line of business, where those companies have been worked should mention. Interesting data is, of course, the reason for changing the workplace, and especially, what those former employers have marked in the papers. Also is a very interesting thing, to know, what kind of salary those persons asked because the alcoholic is not always very sharp dressed man. And if that kind of case would found, will those person guide to the narcotics tests, because their profiles are similar, with the persons, who have been drunk in the workplace.

By using this kind of data, would the profile of the typical worker, who is not suitable for working life made by the authorities, that they can get involved in the cases, where the dangerous person is in the workplace. This method can use for selecting perfect workers. First is taken the sample, where were perfect coders, military persons or another kind of workers, and use a similar method, what is used in the case, where must select the dangerous worker.
